High clouds associated with an initially cold front are beginning to move into central and eastern Washington. Fog and low stratus cloudiness were not as widespread this morning compared to previous nights with most development confined to the northern valleys and around the Moses Lake area. A 5-10 mph wind is expected to lift the fog later this morning. North central Washington weather today will be partly cloudy and warmer with afternoon high temperatures in the lower 40s.
The high will begin to rebuild over the region on Tuesday with more fog and stratus in the morning and clear skies in the afternoon. Tomorrow’s forecast calls for scattered fog in the morning with mostly cloudy skies in the afternoon, highs in the upper 30s.
Wednesday through the coming weekend appears to be dominated by the high pressure ridge positioned along the northwest coast of the United States Weather forecast over the 5 day period calling for patchy morning fog with partly cloudy skies. cloudy to mostly sunny each day and unusually warm temperatures with afternoon highs ranging between 42 and 45 degrees.
