Sunset will be at 5:33 p.m.

As the weekend approaches, MetService predicts continued sunshine as light winds are felt throughout the district.

A high of 21°C on Saturday will be felt, with temperatures remaining constant on Sunday.

It was originally expected that Monday would bring heavy rain, but that has since changed – as the start of the new week is expected to get off to a good start and then bring a few showers later in the day as the northeast winds turn into winds from the southwest.

The rain will clear again as Tuesday arrives and it will be sunny Tuesday and Wednesday.

Temperatures are expected to drop slightly on Wednesday, with MetService’s preliminary report showing a peak drop of 18°C and a drop of 9°C as the city takes advantage of the thickness of fall.
