Arsenal latest news: £ 31.5million international begins to dominate Mikel Arteta games

Arsenal playmaker Martin Odegaard has clearly improved his game this season, according to journalist Paul Brown.
The Norway international spent the second half of last quarter on loan at the Emirates, before joining definitively for £ 31.5million this summer.
What’s the latest news about Odegaard?
There was doubt as to whether Arsenal would be able to convince Odegaard to return to England this season, or if he would stay with Real Madrid, but the Gunners finally got their man.
After missing the first two games of the campaign, he started each of the team’s last five games in the Premier League and scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Burnley last month.
It’s his only top-level goal contribution since returning to Arsenal, but Brown liked what he saw of Odegaard in general play.

What did Brown say about Odegaard?
The Daily Star reporter believes that Odegaard is now starting to influence games more regularly than he was when he was originally loaned.
Referring to Odegaard’s progress lately, Brown told GIVEMESPORT: âI think he really started to look pretty good. Even last season when he was on loan he really impressed. There were other times where he disappeared a bit from games, but he became a lot more dominant, a lot more involved in everything.

How long is Odegaard’s contract at Arsenal?
Odegaard has already started taking positive steps since joining Arsenal less than two months ago, and this rapid development bodes well for the future.
His contract runs until 2025, and it’s easy to forget he’s only 22 yet, so he has plenty of time to improve further. Having made noticeable improvements over the past few weeks, it’s hard to imagine how good he could get over the next four years in North London.
Add to the mix that Arsenal also have other rising young stars on their squad such as Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe, and there is no doubt that Mikel Arteta is building an exciting squad right now, at least d ‘an offensive point of view.
Playing alongside talent of the same age, Odegaard seems to have every chance of stepping up in the years to come and becoming one of the best creative midfielders in the division.
