ANSES Loans | All you need to know

The Anses loans are credits that the Argentine National Social Security Administration (ANSES) has made available to pensioners, retirees and those who have child allowances that obviously depend on the State.

Normally, those who receive a pension have difficulties in having access to the credits offered by the different financial entities because their socioeconomic profile does not qualify. This situation, derived from a reduced purchasing power, puts them at the margin of enjoying many goods and services, and although they do not necessarily have a poor quality of life, the possibility of a loan can lead them to improve it significantly. In this post I am going to tell you how to apply for one of these credits that, as you will see, is not complicated.

Retirees and pensioners

The loans for retirees and pensioners of the Anses have been increased by 150%, citizens who depend on the SIPA (Argentine Integrated Pension System) can also request them for up to $ 200,000 to pay between 24 and 60 installments. It should be noted that the Total Financial Cost (CFT) is the lowest that exists and, depending on the conditions in which the financing is granted, it ranges between 44.6% and 50.8%.

How to process the loan

As a basic requirement, the applicant must reside in Argentina and be under 90 years old by the date of the last installment. You do not need further documentation, the DNI and the CBU of your bank account will suffice, this can be obtained even at an ATM.

After the turn is requested, it is done on the website or by calling 130, in both cases choose the option " Retired and Pensioned Credits" . Finally, go to the office, there they will say how much is the maximum total to obtain and the number of installments.

As an important fact, I must say that this is a procedure that can only be done in person, it is not worth a proxy. In the case of applicants who are illiterate, blind or unable to sign, they must be accompanied by a person they trust, over 18 years of age who will be a witness.

The fee will be calculated based on monthly income and can never exceed 30% of what the applicant receives. The loan amount and the repayment term will depend on this factor. However, the minimum amount to be requested will be $ 5,000 and the maximum of $ 200,000 payable in 24, 36, 48 or 60 installments. The approved amount is received in an average of five business days to the bank account provided at the time of request.

Families with Universal Child Allowance (AUH)

AUH beneficiaries also have the opportunity to obtain an Anses loan, especially for the mother, and a credit can be requested for each child who receives the allowance. For this credit, the mother must be under 75 years of age on the date of the last installment.

This can be done in two ways, going to the office or ordering it online. If requested by office, you must first make an appointment on the Anses website through the option "Universal Child Allowance Credits". If the procedure is done online, it is necessary to follow the following steps:

In this case, the installments may not exceed 30% of the Allowance that is received monthly, so loans can be requested from $ 1,000 to $ 12,000 per child and are paid in 24 or 36 installments. If approved, the money will be credited to the account where the AUH is usually charged.

Beneficiaries of the Family Child Allowance

With the exception of monotributista workers, those who receive the AFH will have the option of requesting a credit for children under 18 years of age. Among the requirements that are requested is to be over 18 years old and under 75 when the loan is paid, the child for whom it is requested must be under 18 years old on the date of the last installment.

If approved, the money will be credited to the account where the AFH is usually charged.

ANSES Credit for (PUAM) Universal Pension for the Elderly

Seniors who receive PUAM will also be able to take advantage of the benefits of receiving an ANSES loan. As a main requirement, it is necessary that the applicant be under 90 years old on the date of the last installment and that he or she lives in Argentina.

How to process the loan

This procedure is face-to-face, so you must “take an appointment on the ANSES page or by calling 130. On the corresponding day, the applicant must go to the appointment with their ID and the CBU of their bank account. I must emphasize here, again, that this procedure is face-to-face, in that sense the figure of the attorney-in-fact is not valid. One companion will only be admitted as a witness if the older adult is blind, illiterate or has an impediment to sign.

How much is paid

This credit is granted from $ 5,000 to $ 70,000, payable in 24, 36, 48 and up to 60 installments. The amount of the latter may not exceed 30% of the applicant's monthly income. Once approved, the money will be deposited into the bank account provided to the ANSES office.

Non-Contributory Pension Loan (PNC)

This credit is for those who receive PNC for disability or being a mother of seven or more children. The applicant must be a resident of Argentina, be over 18 years old and under 75 on the date the loan ends.

How to process the loan

This procedure is also face-to-face, so you must “make an appointment” by calling 130 or on the ANSES website. On the day of the appointment, the applicant must come with their ID and the CBU of their bank account and only one companion will be admitted as a witness if the person requesting the loan is blind, illiterate or has an impediment to sign.

How to make a claim

  • Ignorance of the credit: if the bank account shows discounts or credits that the holder has not made, you must go directly to the ANSES office to make the complaint.
  • Advance payment: to pay the credit in advance, you must go personally to the office to make the request.
  • The money was not received in the account: if five business days have passed and the loan has not been credited, you must go to the office with a summary of the account movements, the CBU, application document and the DNI.
  • Shift canceled: if the applicant receives an email informing him that his shift has been canceled for not qualifying for a credit, but he considers that he does meet the requirements, he must go to the office on the date and time of the appointment who had been assigned and present their arguments.

Reasons for rejection

These may be the causes of rejection of any of the ANSES credits. It is important that when making the request it is verified that the bank account is active.

  • Non-existent bank account.
  • Bank account closed or inactive.
  • Rejection of the receiving bank.
  • Inconsistencies found in the validation process.

If doubts arise during the process, it is convenient to go to the office and request all the necessary information. The ANSES website is also a valuable tool that even includes a credit calculator so that the interested party can evaluate their possibilities before requesting the loan.
